Employer not giving PF what action can i take against him?

I had left my previous company with out notice period, now they are not clearing my pf form. Please suggest how to get pf without employers signature.
NOONE CAN STOP YOUR PF DUES. COMPLAINT TO THE ASST PF COMMISSIONER WHERE COMPANY IS DEPOSITING THE PF CHALLANS.. THEY WILL RESPOND IMMEDIATELY . FILL THE FORM AND DELIEVER TO THEM EVEN IF THE COMPANY IS REFUSING TO SIGN THE PF AUTHORISED SIGNATORY SIGNATURE...

In the normal circumstances there's no way to get your PF withdrawn from your PF account which is there with the government unless your previous organization signs it in actual.
Over here in your situation you can take recourse of -
(a) sending them a legal notice asking them to sign your PF withdrawal form to which they shall comply, or else
(b) after following step (a) you can file an appeal before the PF Tribunal against your previous organization compelling them to sign your PF withdrawal form.
Going for step (b) is an extreme step and it shall be taken only when all the earlier steps have been exhausted. When you will go against your previous organization before PF Tribunal not only you will be able to recover your PF contributions but will also be able to get your previous organization criminally prosecuted for the wrong they have done to you.
