You may file suit for recovery of your salary against the company, in addition to filing complaints to Labour commissioner/asst labour commissioner/Labour inspectors.

Payment of your salary is liability of company, & you can get properties of company attached if company fails to pay up salary amount.

It appears to be a grave situation and I would highly recommend taking criminal action against the Company and the directors. You must file a complaint against the company and directors with the chief inspector of shops and also approach the Labour officer. If they are unable to take care of the problem then you must ask them to approach the concerned magistrate and pursue a complaint on your behalf. If not then you may yourself approach the magistrate by filing a complaint.
