Employer fraudulently terminated from job, not paying due salary

16-Mar-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Dear Sir/Madam, I had joined a job (Assistant Professor) at an engineering. I have signed a bond of 1lakhs for the 1-year duration. But at the time of joining, by mistake, the employer had taken my signature on the joining as well as the resignation letter. After the period of six months, the employer had terminated my services without any relieving letter. Also, they have not given my one and half month salary. I have made several emails to the employer regarding my termination and salary, but they did not respond. So, kindly suggest me.

Dear Querist dont be sad and dnt lose hope n heart , the picture as you mentioned in detail seems a case of harassment and fraud also as employer has taken your signatur fraduently to throw u out from the job, you should send legal notice to the employer and after that if employer dnt reply you can file complaint before the labour officer of the concerned area.
