Employer denying to pay salary what action can I take

Hi..I work with a MNC and they have not paid my salary for last 3 months...they are in financial loss as per them.I am still employed with them and they are asking me to do work which is not my job profile..I am still doing it and they say they ll pay me 5k per week for that.my salary is 6k per mnth..the problem started in April 2015 since then they have been delaying salaries..but now no salary since 3 months..they are paying only to a select group of people

You may approach the Labour Court to recover your dues. That would be the quickest option available to you. If You think criminal proceedings need to be initiated, then the same may be done within a period 6 months either through the Labour officer or Inspector of shops or on your own.

Since your salary is less than 15K you may be covered by definition of workman, although from your query it is not clear the nature of work been done by you. You may approach Labour officer of your area, and for Gurgaon, in building adjacent to Mini Secretariat Gurgaon, commonly known as DC Office, and lodge a written complaint with your grievances.
