Employer asked me to put resignation without notice period

Hello, Today i got call from HR , she said yesterday was your last date, i asked them you should have given me 1 month to find new job,they replied you are in probation period company has right to terminate immediately, btw, i joined this company on 8-May-2017.during probation period np is 30/45 days. Can i do something on this case ?
kindly go through your joining letter or agreement with the company, usually the probation period is mentioned in it and is for 6 months, but it depends from company to company. the agreement will also contain the termination clause, in case of infringement then you can file a case against your company for wrongful termination.
