23-Dec-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Sir, I had joined in a pvt institute with salary 13000+ living allowance extra. I joined on 17 Oct but got my first salary on 22 dec ... And also I got less living allowance as I was told that I will be given full allowance according to what will be the spendings but got only 2000 and my room rent only is 3500. I have signed a bond of 1.5 year. What could I do. Please help

As per the recent development in law made by the Supreme Court and various High Courts, such bonds are lopsided and are not legal and enforceable under law.

You can send a legal notice to the company for asking for your dues.

If the company takes any legal action against you to ask for the bond amount, you must contest it in the court of law as the enforcement of these employment bonds is not maintainable under law.
