Earning money as part time teacher for full time govt or private emp.

16-Aug-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
For someone in service industry (government/ private), wanting to make use of their related subject matter expertise/ any niche skills, while giving paid guest lectures at say some educational institute during their free time. Can this part time earning be a conflict with their full time job agreement?

sir/ Madam,
you have not made it clear if you are a government servant or private one , at the same time you need to see the bond which you have filled during or at the time of employment and what are the conditions therein. If you have not filled any bond certainly you can do it but you have to declare in your income as well and if you are a government worker you need to make submission and ask your employer/ staff supervisor viz principal / Inspector of Schools or Director etc. Please furnish full information then only a proper and concise advise can be given.
