Does an affidavit legally bind me if I resign after 1 year.?

25-Mar-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)

Hello sir. I m doctor by profession M.S.. I had passed passed my speciality degree 1 yr back..now I want to join a hospital which has been having good exposure for improving my surgical skills. But salary standard is very much low compared to standard hospital(just like labour workers 18k pm). In spite of that they have been forcing to stay for job for 2 years. Finally we have decided to go for affidavit / notary for contract of two years.. They are not ready for bond of notice period / any amount of money.so does this affidavit is legally bound to me if I resign after 1 year.?

Dear sir
In order to prevent you from leaving your job, the hospital shall have to show that they have invested money or have imparted knowledge to you and have enhanced your skills. Only then can the hospital prevent you from leaving.
I would like to see the contract that they have offered you.
