Dismissed from service due to contradictory dob can he get his job bac

One person has got service in civil court dhanbad,but he has been dismissed due to contradictory date of birth,later on he passed out s.s.c.in his original date of birth,but his result has not published only because he has earlier only dismissed, now whether he is eligible to got his service,through the process of law,or he is not eligible only because he has been earlier only dismissed from govt service.
