Disciplinary action by my department

I am working as a deputy engineer in PGVCL(Gujarat Elect. Board), management serve me departmental chargesheet on DT.21.07.14,then I demanded relavent document of charge sheet vide application DT 06.08.2014,management given me some documents on DT.03.09.2014 but it is not suffient as per my application DT.06.08.2014.So I further demanded document on dt.16.09.2014 (which is not provided as per application dt.6.08.2014) but the management replied me that those documents as per your further application DT.16.09.14 is not relavent with charge sheet.Then management pressing me
The Appropriate remedy in this matter would be to approach the high court seeking further directions against the Board.
