Did not attend office for 4 month in central govt employee

Sir i took leave for 4 months and also i have submitted my resignation through my mail. Because of domestic problems. But i have not reported to office.I will report to office next week and submit my resignation. Is there a chance that they will issue suspension order. I am working in central govt
Willful absence of government employee without grant of leave or after the expiry of leave period renders a government servant for disciplinary action.
