Deputy Manager dismissed from state Bank of India can I file case

I am D N janardhan working as Deputy Manager at State Bank of India.In Bank my experience 17 years. Disciplinary proceedings against me bank dismissed from service on 14/02/2014. I appealate authority and review authority also not consider my reinstate. Now iam deciding to file the case at high court. Now it is possible or not for file the case for my reinstate.
in this case you can write a letter to the authorities and seek response for your dismissal. You can also file a RTI regarding the same. You can also send them a legal notice and if they donot comply with the terms of the notice then you can file a civil suit in the court of civil jurisdiction.
