Delay in police verification for appointment to govt job

I was selected for the post of accountant in CGA through SSC cgl 2014 exam.got appointment letter in Jan 2016,reported to ZAO CBDT,chennai.ZAO Chennai arranged for my Police verification through D.M of South 24pargana(my home district).It took 6 long months,atlast ZAO Chennai got a the report & send it along with my medical fitness report to my HQ in Delhi.I was just expecting my joining letter from Delhi,called them & I was told that they want P.Verifictn report from the S.P not the D.M & again a procedure of PVR 'll be run.there is no fault by my side.what can I do to get joining now ?
Dear Sir,
You cannot do much in this to get your joining soon you have to work things out with Police and get the verification sent as soon as possible. you cannot rely on them and keep waiting. it is better you get the work done by hand. and get it sent to the HQ for further process.
