Delay in fnf can I file for compensation from the company

25-Oct-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Well I was working with Oravel Stays Pvt limited (OYO rooms) for period of 1 year. 2 months back I was asked to leave due to some stupid reason and my notice period was waived off. OYO's management assured me the FNF will be done with-in the define time limit of 45 days. Post 45 days still my FNF was not settled and I contacted them via Email that my FNF has still not been settled. So they shared a FNF sheet once I will approve it they will process the amount. However, I disapproved because there was no mention of amount of 30 PAID LEAVES which i supposed to be encashed at the time of FNF. Also, there was incentive of Rs 4000/- which i supposed to get was also not mentioned. So I told them to rectify this sheet. Since that they will keep on adding a person in the trail however is not ready to provide the resolution. It has already been more than 60 days. What can be done now? Can I also get the compensation for delaying FNF time limit. Thanks.

Your query does not discloses as to what post you were holding in the organisation, what was your assignment etc., However apparently your case falls within the purview of the Industrial Dispute Act 1947. You may first file your representation to the organisation. M/s Oravel Stays Pvt limited and then you may approach the Labour Court/Tribunal u/s 10 of the Act.
