Delay by company in clearing resignation and refusing to clear dues

24-Mar-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
i am female n working in limited educational organization from last 11 months.offer letter was not provided to me till date and only joining letter of 01 page was signed by me i have no service bond or any agreement with the org. i have resigned on 15-03-17(through email, also hard copy is given to HR department, they have receive the letter but not given the receiving on duplicate copy ) giving 1 month notice but on 17-03-17 i was told "verbally" that my services r discontinued but no written message or reliving email was given to me till today, in-spite of so many mails and personal meetings with director. they always say that we will see afterwards this is causing panic in me, that they r not clearing the status, also they are saying that we will give you nothing, like security, training amount and salary of present month, but you are free but no reliving shall be given by us. I am in great panic, is this comes under mental harassment and what should i do, please suggest.???????

Since they have given you only 1 page appointment letter , you have not mentioned what are the conditions mentioned in that letter relating to your service , any way, if you don't have even any such condition pertaining to notice period or so you have right to get your dues if any till the date you have served the organisation so contact your advocate and give to this organisation a legal notice , I think your problems will be solved it is not a big matter

with the reference of your query there is no need to worry.
you can leave the organisation after put the resignation.
if you have resigned on mail the copy of intimation is sufficient to prove your resignation.
company is liable to pay your F&F within prescribed time limit.

by your query it is visible that you have worked for more than 240 days, now 240 days is the only perimeter to make anyone fall in definition of employee, now it just to establish that you were employee by your pay slips of more than 240 days if you are able to prove it, your employer will be liable to pay your salary till date.
