You can approach the labour court or you can file a recovery suit on the company, depending upon the salary you draw.if your salary is below 20000 labour court has the jurisdiction. there are many more remedies which can be told after going through proper papers of you employment as the agreement between you and the company and the terms and conditions thereof.

Ideally you should spaek with the HR of your company and try to sort this out, as any legal action like a complaint with the SGIT or CGIT wherever applicable or sending a legal notice will aggravate the matter which may cost you your job as well. hence it is suggested to sort out mutually.
