Court stopped my salary due to lack of admission what can I do
27-May-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
working in govt aided ITI,since 1997,in the trade of DRAUGHTS MAN MECH.since 2010 salary stoped due to lack of admission.court ordered to principal secretary to hear section 131,than they heared me and he order that all my request rejected,what can i do next sir
You can file an appeal against the order passed by the court in the higher court having appropriate jurisdiction.
