Contravention to one post one pay rule in govt. organization

We are a 2007 batch bsnl recruits getting initial basic salary as rs 19050/- whereas our just senior batch 2005 is getting initial basic of 22080.this is in contravention to one post one pay policy.please help with legal advice
there is no such provision which speaks about one post one pay.. rather it was for the indain army and they are still fighting for one rank one pension. coming back to your matter you can file a writ petition against BSNl for depriving you of your rights and that you are being paid less then what your juniors are being paid.
