Completed 2 months notice period company not letting me go

20-Dec-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Hi, I have 2 months of notice period in my current employer, but they are trying to stop me even after completing my notice period. I am already serving my notice period. I have an offer which I really want to join at any cost. Do my organisation have rights to stop me even after serving two months of notice period? What legal actions I can take against them if required? I haven't received any mail from them for till now as declaring my last date here (I put my paper on 15th Dec, 2016 through mail). what I should do?

Now you have served 2 month notice period, after notice period , the employer has to clear your legal dues if any , means salary, gratuity etc., as per the conditions. If not you can get arrears from them. After notice period you can join better opportunity no problem.
