Compensation given under sexual harassment at workplace act 2013. Sec 15 (a), 15 b, c and d. Will it be taxable?

Yes it is taxable, and it is treated as capital gain this is within the meaning of section 2 (47) of the act. It pointed out that expression " property of any kind" in section 2 (14) is of wide import. Consult more.
