Company Violating terms of contract, what legal remedy available?

29-Jun-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I joined one company where the clause in offer letter was to pay some money as loyalty bonus after you have worked for 5 years in the company . I left the company after servicing five years and now they are refusing to pay the same .

as the company has violated the terms of the offer letter, you can send them a legal notice asking them to pay the due amount pending towards you, if they fail to reply back to your notice then you can file a suit for recovery against them in the civil court.
