Company treats me like a dog and tortures me mentally What can I do

i am working in a telecom company they gave me the location of bangalore and after that they treat like a dog they gave me unfit tools and send me on the sites and told to finish the work any how, a man took money for giving this job and he refuse to gave my money back, he is on managerial post, what i have to do this work gave me lots of problems some time i thinked that fininshed myself but it not be happend.. i am not strong enough to fight with these people i just lose my hope what to do please focused me out..
