Company took jobs by commiting fraud what legal action can we taken ?

My company fired 300 employees citing an unnecessary reason. HR made us write resignation letter having clauses like "resignation in lieu of termination", " breach of integrity, dishonesty ", " no compensation to be claimed" we all have lost jobs for no fault of ours. what legal action can I take ?
Since you have given the resignation, wherein you have written that resignation in lieu of termination", " breach of integrity, dishonesty ", " no compensation to be claimed" , hence no action can be taken.
