Company took blank cheque is there any consequence to this

I did have an agreement in 10 rs court paper with my organization for 2 years and had to give 2 blank cheques as to get the marketing job, moreover no terms of separation only no other points. how would i get out of it. in anticipation of a quick and fabourable responce, best regards.

It is not clear what the 2 blank cheques are for. If you feel you have satisfied the contractual conditions from your side then you are fee to quit. Issue stop-payment instructions in relation to the cheques. If S. 138 NI Act notice is issued against you by employer then seek legal advice and give appropriate written response by citing this fact about service contract for which 2 cheques were issued.

You have to honour the agreement which is there in between you and your organization to come out of the company before the completion of two years. It's as simple as it could be. Otherwise if there is a possibility of negotiation then try doing that.
