Company terminated wife on maternity leave and not paying dues

My wife was working with Pvt Ltd company.. In Delhi. She was in her 9 month pregnancy when she got 1 month termination notice on April 2015. Now company is not giving her gratuity and also withheld her 1month bonus. She has company laptop with her since after termination . now company is asking to pay full cost of 53000/- for laptop. What to do

Sir,

There is no limitation to claim gratuity as you can claim it in reasonable time period. The company bears the responsibility to pay the gratuity. You can send them Application claiming gratuity. You may return the laptop or pay the laptop amount as per the depreciation % on it.
