Company terminated me without notice what can i do

Dear sir i m working with pvt ltd company but now yesterday company mail to me (Due to certain administrative reasons, your services are no more required by the company. Therefore, you stands relieved from the services of the company with effect from closing hours of 30th June, 2016.) sir now pls help me what i do. there is no appointment letter is issued by company.but i have UAN NO and Offer Letter.i m working with company last 1 year.company has not give me any Notice. sir pls reply me
Since it was a private employment, you cannot claim back the job but you can claim for the compensation for illegally terminating you without notice. You have to first and foremost issue a legal notice to the company for illegally terminating your services, seek for unpaid salary and other benefits due from the company, give the company 7 days to reply if they do not, then file a dispute with the labor court seeking all your arrears, compensation and unpaid dues from the company in this petition.
