Company terminated me without giving notice

I have been working in New Baldwin international school from November2014 to April2015. On April 18th I was given a service certificate mentioning that as per my resignation letter I was discharged from my duties. But had not given any such resignation. Even management threatened me that they wont return my certificates. They forcibly took my sign indicating that every thing settled. Even April month salary is not paid. Without notice against appointment conditions illegally removed me. Even i sent a registered letter requesting April month salary and three months compensation but no

Whether the organization is required to serve you a notice period or not will depend on the terms of your employment and the contract you have signed with the organization. If you are an employee (and not on probation) then your employer will have to allow you to either serve the notice period or take a pink slip (one month's pay). However, if you are on probation or are working as a consultant then your contract may be terminated earlier. Feel free to get in touch if we could be of any further assistance to you.
