Company terminated me without giving any reason, please advise

My Q is my company was terminate me without any reason since i am doing from last 3 years what should i do now give me some advice
Whether the organization is required to serve you a notice period or not will depend on the terms of your employment and the contract you have signed with the organization. If you are an employee (and not on probation) then your employer will have to allow you to either serve the notice period or take a pink slip (one month's pay). However, if you are on probation or are working as a consultant then your contract may be terminated earlier. Feel free to get in touch if we could be of any further assistance to you.
