Company terminated me without given any prior notice

Company has been terminated without any given prior notice and not ready to pay my full & final i.e. gratuity, notice period salary, bonus. I worked above 6 years and my last position was Assistant Manager Accounts in gurgaon.
You must send them a legal notice asking for all your dues as per the agreement. If they do not pay heed to it you must report the matter to the inspector of shops. You could even make a complaint against the company and its directors with the magistrate. This would be the fastest remedy if all your documents are in order.
