company terminated me due to illness what can i do?

I worked for hewlett packard but due to my illness i had to take leave but my manager terminated me. what can i do now to get my job back

Termination without notice amounts to retrenchment which is what the company did, you can file a petition before the labour court seeking for reinstatement along with back wages. You will need the medical certificate or hospital records to justify your absence on grounds of illness.
