Company terminated me because of my medical issue. Not paid my dues

Had a retina detachment while on duty, was operated & advised rest for 3 months..My contract was terminated stating reasons that the position couldn't be kept vacant and my salary for 45 days not paid. Emails, registered letters and fax sent but no response from the company. Due to this my mother has suffered a heart attack and i am in tremendous mental tension as i am without a job since over 8 months.

since you had this unfortunate accident while on duty your employer is liable to compensate your medical expenses and maintain you with loss of pay .
If this has not done by the employer you can approach an appropriate Court Of Law for Reinstatement and for the Compensation .
First you should send a legal Notice demanding the arrears due with compensation and your service benefits if any pending .
Depending on the Position which you were working you can approach labour court or civil court for your recovery of arrears due from the employer or reinstatement of your Job.
