Company terminated employees not paying f&f amount

12-Nov-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Company laid off 10 people out of 16 for cost cutting and said that they will pay remaining amount later including 2 month compensation and 20 days salary ( as they asked us to leave on 20 oct 2016 ) plus other remaining money in some days. But they are not replying on emails and not giving any proper answer on phone calls they are just delaying the things. what can be done in this matter? they people are very rich , its not like they don't have money or something. what should I do as no one out of 10 people has received anything.

Assuming you were employed by a private company, your term of employment is governed entirely by your employment contract. Please refer to your notice period clause in order to check if you were lawfully evicted out of your company.
For your outstanding dues, you can give a legal notice to the management of your company and it they still don’t take any action then you can file a suit against them.
