Company sent me mail saying company bond is broken

I joined a company in chandigarh and worked there for 2 months only.When I joined the company I signed a 1 year bond with the company. But when I left the company after 2 months they sent me a mail.Here is an overview of the mail It has come to our knowledge that you have joined InfoTech. After this mail, You had stated in one of your mail that you want to work with the company near to your home. Moreover, through our findings, it has come to our knowledge that you are running your own company ’Professional India’. Now, Let us know on the basis of above, the necessary and the legal action shall not be taken against you? The company they have mentioned which I was running is not a company.It was a simple website which I made last year and had my picture as CEO.

it is a notice which your previous company has sent you asking that why no legal action should be taken against you for breaking the bond/ agreement. you need to give them a detailed written reply to them clearing everything with them. you need to go through the agreement/ bond papers to know that is there any violation from your end.
