Company relocating without benefits to employees what can I do

My company is suddenly relocation from Hyderabad to Vijayawada. But i cannot shift as of now. But our company is forcing us to shift without providing any benefits and facilities. Please suggest on this.
Your employment in the private company is governed by the employment contract.
If as per the contract, the company can relocate you without any benefits they you cannot challenge them. You can either resign from the job or accept the relocation.
