The initial step for recovery of your pending money is to send a legal notice to the company.

In the legal notice we provide a stipulated time to return the money failing to do so, you would require to file a civil suit for recovery in the concerned civil court. Please note that you will have to pay the corresponding court fee as per the amount of recovery to file the recovery suit.

You have to file a complaint to the Labour Commssioner giving all details. The commissioner would call the company representative by issuing a notice. If settlement is not results, the case would be referred to the Labour Court.k

we need to send them the legal notice regards the same and if they dont pay up we need to file a case against them ASAP. Because two years have already expired if a legal action is not taken soon. delay may cause hindrance in your case.
