Company not relieving pending dues - What can be done

18-Dec-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
When I joined a small IT company, I did not receive any joining letter that states what are your requirement s before you leave a job. Now, in our company we don't get Holiday on Saturday, but later on request, because I was very good at my job, I alone in the history of company was granted Holiday on Saturday while getting full payment. After that I decided I don't want to work any more because I wanted to start freelancing hence, I told him about it that I will leave in two months to start my own company. In addition to that, he was never paying salary on time. He even skipped a months salary saying taht he will give it later when he has money. In response to that he felt angry, jealeous, sad, and God knows what and so he did a very cruel thing to me. He cut my Saturday's leave from my salary. I confronted him and told him that if he doesn't give me Saturday's salary I will leave. Being furious, He said "ok". And I left. But now he is not giving my 2 months salary. Can you help?

The legal recourse available to you are :

You can send a legal notice to the company through a lawyer.

If the company does not reply to the said notice you can file a suit for recovery suit in the appropriate civil court.
