I was working with a company with one year bond. after completing 9 months . I asked HR , i am resigning from my position due to person reason . they considered my reason and ready to relieve me before my bond period. then i have resigned and served my notice period of one month. at the last day in company , they told me to send relieving letters and experience letters after 15 days. During these 15 days i joined other company and they got to know i have joined a company. now they are not relieving my and enforcing to pay bond amount. i am having resignation acceptance email.

If there is any written communication with you and the company you can use it as evidence that they agreed to relieve you and promised to provide the experience letter. You can send them a legal notice asking for your experience letter and full & final settlement if any. In case there is not reply from their side you can file a case in civil court.
