Company not providing the gratuity, what should I do ?

Hi i given resignation from my last company November 2016, almost 70 days over but today also i am not getting my gratuity amount i complete my 5 years at the same company please advises me ,
You need to file a suit for getting your gratuity, please consult and file a suit and get relief. If your employer not bothered your request , and you have completed 5 years, you can approach court of law and get relief. Contact.
