07-Dec-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I been working in the company for two and half years but now my period with the company is over by giving resignation letter by email. I have asked them for experience letter and offer letter, as they were giving me salary in cash in hand they have denied giving me this in written format as done by other companies they are telling me now that they have shut down their company a year ago which was not notified to me till my last day in the office so they can not give me in written that they were giving me X amount of salary. they agreed on giving me the experience letter. but agreeing on giving me the offer letter on which I can show my salary taken in cash.

To get your experience letter you are required to send a legal notice to the company demanding the same.

Failure to provide you the same, a suit for declaration is to be filed in the concerned civil court.

Dear
In the reference of your query regarding the company not giving you the offer letter and experience certificate. You have sent your resignation through mail that page is saved in your Email I'd. Any other correspondents will also be there so you need not to worry . Now they are giving experience certificate you take that one . Regarding offer letter you need to worry that can be easily after receiving the experience certificate. So first take experience certificate, the offer letter the company has to give.
