Company not paying salary. What to do?

One of company hired me in nov 2014 n they applied licence n tax paper by my name with company MOA. Till nov 2015 work not stated n in dec 2015 they closed that depo. Every month i told for salary they told me once work start you get in lum sum till now they making me fool. Now i loss my pessance. I have all the papers licence n all. How i get my salary plz suggest me approx 16k*14months
You need to give them legal notice and thereafter you need to sue them as per the law of industrial dispute act before industrial dispute tribunal constituted as per the aforementioned act. First legal notice need to be served.

Send them a legal notice seeking release of the entire salary in arrears. Whether or not they were operating is immaterial and they ought to have paid your salary each month as and when it fell due. Seek refund through notice, file a case against the co. In the labour Court Incase they do not comply with the notice.

In your question you don't say name of company and what business running in company otherwise you tell you have all of paper so you call or meet and show your paper afterthat I will give you proper advice .
