Company not paying my salary dues.What action can I take?

Dear sir My last working date was 19 Dec 2016 due to non-certification in training I did my FNF and they told me that after 45 days the salary will get credited In my account but still m waiting for my salary it is above 45 days I didn't get my salary the money involved is around 12200 nd in this company I was working as an customer service excutive CSA all the HR department are involved in this they are not giving me any proper response they are just giving me different different dates for the salary credit i need to take appropriate action on this company their are my friends as well who didn't got the salary yet so I need a help suggestion from your side what necessary action should I take on this company regarding my salary issue kindly revert me on priority basis.
You will have to send him a legal notice demanding the payment of your salary and if the employer still denies to pay the same then, you can file a case for recovery of the same along with the compensation and the litigating expenses.
