Company not paying last 2 months salary what action can I take?

i was working a Pvt Ltd Company .But they not give me last two months salary .i have left company on 30 Oct 2015. So can i take legally my salary from company.
YOu may have all rights to recover your salary from your company. First send a Legal Notice, then you may proceed with a suit for recovery for the same.

You can take legal action against the company to recover the amount provided that you followed the due procedure with respect to severance as laid down under the agreement that you signed with the company at the time of joining. You can file either a recovery suit or approach the Labour Court. You may also pursue a complaint against the company and its directors.
