Company not paying Full and Final settlement what action can i take

I want to know how to file a case against my previous organization for not giving the final settlement money. Employer name:  I have salary slip, appointment letter, no dues certificate, resignation mail. I want to recover my FnF with interest for the delayed time. Please guide me how to proceed legally.

You need to show your Appointment letter with Terms & Conditions of Appointment and the documents you have mentioned above. Can proceed for the recovery of dues. You can get the same by legal process. Which city you were working in and wheather the company was Partnership concern, proprietorship or a Limited co.

Please take note of following -
1. You need to send them a legal notice asking for your Full and Final settlement and for your reliving as per the employment agreement which you have with yourself and your previous organization.
2. If they fails to respond to the notice or do not give any proper response to the notice then you may approach to the competent court of jurisdiction.

Hi. In the narrow conspectus of facts shared you, the only remedy to recover your dues would be to file a civil suit seeking recovery of your dues. The address of the organisation and the amount which is due and payable will the consideration for deciding the jurisdiction in the civil suit is to be filed.
