Company not paying extra for extra work load

HELLO, I AM WORKING AS BRANCH MANAGER IN A COMPANY. AS PER MY COMPANY CIRCULAR MY BRANCH SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST 2 STAFFS. BUT SINCE JUNE 2016 I AM WORKING ALONE. WHAT STEP CAN I TAKE AGAINST MY COMPANY?
yes you can write a complaint against this with your company headquarters raising this issue you are facing. make sure it is a written complaint or an email which later can be used in case you want to file a case against them for overtime pay.
