Company not paid my due salary what action can I take

Dear Sir, I Joined a company on 22nd jan 2016. And they gave me offer letter with terms and conditions after serving of 24 days to the company on 15 Feb 2016. they have paid me neither for the month of jan nor for the feb. Due to the frustration i left the job and now i am asking them to pay my salary for the period of my service they are simply saying no to it and also adding that you have to serve notice period which has been over on 11 April 2016 and saying no to pay me. Now they are mentally harassing me. they overriding my fundamental right Article 23. Please help me to sought out this.
A case for cheating fraud n harrasement could be filed and the due salary could be taken back legally for any other further information please contact me on my number and sure all assistance would be given properly.legally you have the right for any wrong done against you

File a writ before honble high court for the grievances you raised, they have to pay your ariers and it's your right you should have to approach the honble high court
