Company not giving salary as promised and PF

Dear Concern, I am working in tour Operation Company in Bangalore, last 1.5 Yrs as per company offer me as management trainee. After completion of my trainee period INR 40K but now they are telling my performance is not satisfactory for next level work, still I got my reports are excellent, now there are given more work to do but we are unable to do this work it is high pleasure for our they are not understanding. they think give pleasure then they will leave the company Please clarify • This company not register in any authorized tour organization like TAAI, IATA, DOT Etc • What is the Notice period time in general as per legal • We are not getting any PF and medical expense • We are not getting national holidays and public holidays kindly let me know how many holidays will get in company’s
