Company not giving full and final settlement

dear sir , i was an employe of mahindra rural housing finance vatakara branch [kozhikkode- kerala].i was joined there on 21 nov 2014 and resinged on 18 nov 2016. 2 month was the notice period but i serve only 1 month. still i didnt get the full and final setilment. 3 times i send detailed mail to the company HR and and others, but they didnt replied. what i will do for getting the settilment ,
Assuming you were employed by a private company, your term of employment is governed entirely by your employment contract. Please refer to your notice period clause in order to check if you were lawfully evicted out of your company.
For your outstanding dues, you can give a legal notice to the management of your company and it they still don’t take any action then you can file a suit against them.
