While hiring if the company promises something and after joining does not provide a salary description and incentive policy.what law is it breaking
You service in the private company depends on the Agreement you signed. If the company itself has issued an offer letter, then the company is responsible for paying the salary agreed. You can file a civil suit in the court for the enforcement of your employment contract.
