06-Oct-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I'm the ex employee of the company where my 3 month salary is due. While leaving company they have agreed to clear all dues within short period of time. Its been 2 month and they are not replying for my mails and calls. How can I approach them legally?/ I've documents like attendance , payslip , appointment and relieving letters. Pls suggest?

Assuming you were employed by a private company, your term of employment is governed entirely by your employment contract. Please refer to your notice period clause in order to check if you were lawfully evicted out of your company.
For your outstanding dues, you can give a legal notice to the management of your company and it they still don’t take any action then you can file a suit against them.
