Company not clearing pending dues after resignation

15-Sep-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Respected Sir/Madam, I was working as an employee at a content writing firm for almost 4 months. However, due to some personal reasons, I had to resign from my job. I had sent my resignation mail to the CEO of the firm, stating that I would be serving my notice period. However, because of my poor health condition at that point of time, I failed to serve during my notice period. I expressed my desire to cope up for the days of absence, but was asked to discontinue with my services right away. Nonetheless, I was told by my employer that I'd be contacted personally regarding the salary matter later on. Over a month passed by, I was not contacted in any way. Therefore, I sent a formal email to the CEO, requesting him to settle my accounts. So far I haven't received any reply. A few of my colleagues have been told that they would not be provided with the salary of the days they have worked at the office, as they didn't provide prior notice to the authorities. What legal help can we use?

to start with we can send them a Legal Notice for Recovery of Money/ Balance which is due on the company. if the Company does not respond then we can file a case of Recovery in the Court. you can also approach the Labour Commissioner for Recovery of money and the Labour Court shall take necessary action against the company.
